Our history


Onetec’s story starts as a Software Developpers Company early 2000. The first major event started in 2002 for a huge international medical congress and since, Onetec never stopped working in this sector.

The expansion of Onetec occurred by organic growth, but also with some major acquisitions. The first important move was the takeover of Cerix, Belgian leading company in short term IT rental. It was rapidly followed with the purchase of AIM, a company specialized in Voting Systems. The next opportunity was the integration of Whos-in, a ticketing and access control company, followed by Getyoo, specialized in interactive services for visitors on public and professional fairs.

Onetec’s expansion was very rapid with high quality customers like event organizers, large corporations and Government institutions. Due to the wide range of services, is Onetec a marketleader as a One Stop Shop for Event Services in Belgium.

Our vision


Organizing an event is a always an important challenge for agencies. They spend all their energy in thousands of details in order to have happy visitors and organizers.

Onetec’s goal is to improve organizers’ efficiency and to create an unique customer experience by using cutting edge innovation.

Onetec is fully aware that the event industry needs to be much more sustainable and as a responsble event technology company, decision has been taken to act this way as from 2020. The Green Dot strategy has been launched and all actions will be communicated in the news feed.
